Delivery Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Fulfillment Mechanism

Delivery of purchased online courses and digital educational content is executed entirely through electronic channels. ShqipAcademy.com does not distribute physical goods, and no physical shipping, postage tracking logs, or postal delivery services are used across our membership plans.

Delivery Timeline

Following successful payment validation through the applicable secure payment gateway process, the transaction confirmation is recorded electronically. Your membership profile may be activated automatically, and your access credentials are sent to the exact email address provided at checkout.

Delivery is intended to occur promptly and normally within five (5) minutes of transaction completion, although payment verification, security checks, email delivery systems, or temporary technical issues may occasionally cause a delay.

Delivery Failure Protocol

If you do not receive your automated electronic access credentials within fifteen (15) minutes of successful checkout:

• Verify your email server's Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
• Confirm that the payment was successfully completed and that you received a payment confirmation.

Contact Support

If delivery appears to have stalled, contact us at support@shqipacademy.com or through our corporate support channels. Our support team will review the order status and, where appropriate, assist with re-issuing electronic access credentials.
